The staff are very accomodating.

The room is not that clean especially the bedsheet and pillows. It's also noisy because you can hear the other guest talking outside the room.

Very polite and accommodating staffs especially the manager, and the place is clean. Near to malls and Pearson Vue.

It’s near to pearson vue test center, the staff are all friendly and accomodating. Tha manager is very helpful too.

The building is old, the bedsheets were dirty when we arrived and needed to ask them to change it.

Very near to the metro and malls. If you are going to take NCLEX, this hotel is highly suggested. Very near, can be access by walking. The staffs are very nice and accommodating. They are very attentive to our requests. You can order food and water from the hotel, so no need for you to go out.

On our first day, there's thick smog all around Delhi and Gurgaon. We booked a room with balcony, however, the balcony door is not closing properly. The smoke went inside our room. Fortunately, on our remaining stays, the air quality became better. There are ants everywhere but it's fine. The sheets need to be changed, they are a bit old.

the staff were nice and kind

i was not sure if the towel and the bedsheet were clean, the tables and chairs were dusty. If you are expecting guests from other countries, expect that they will need adaptors for charging. i mean, the electrical outlet is not compatible with different plugs, so atleast there should be a universal charger available. I had my exam scheduled at 8am. and i asked for breakfast to be served at 7am. it was already 7:40 and still the breakfast was not served. so i ended up not having breakfast for my big exam. another thing, in the website they said there's a free transportation from the airport to their place, but there are no available transpo. the manager also told me he will arrange for a transpo from the inn to the exam area, but it did not happen. one thing commendable is that the staff are trying their best to give you your requests. they were kind and trustworthy. Finally when you'll pay, there's an additional charge for tax. My bad, i wasn't aware of that.
