Xa bãi tắm. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhưng thiếu chuyên nghiệp, không giúp đỡ được nhiều, khi mình cần tư vấn về các dịch vụ tại Hạ Long, như tàu vịnh, thuê xe máy/ xe đạp giúp, họ không có thông tin, không biết.
