Lovely old building with ongoing efforts to bring in furniture of the 1600s, perfect location for walking around Haarlem, and close enough to the train station

Staff were exceptionally nice and willing to help with absolutely anything

Room 102 is not 4 star accommodation. Wardrobe space is inadequate. The safe is a box on the floor. There are no drawers. The lighting is poor. The bathroom space is awkward. The towels were smelly (they smelled burnt). The floors were not cleaned every day, in fact dust accumulated over a three day period.

Very quirky, lots of character. Rooms comfortable with plenty of room, even in a cosy room Staff very friendly and helpful. Great central location.

Only issue was a lack of a lift and steep steps

Mooie kamer, schoon, keurig ontbijt (niet te veel) en zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel!

Als je iets wil noemen is dat er (nog) geen lift is.
