Good

There were too many dogs allowed at the hotel. The hotel bent over backwards to accommodate dog owners to the point,at allowing dogs in the dinning room for all meals. Because of this we most definitely would not stay here again. For the cost of the rooms and the 12 and a half percent service charge on all purchases more attention should have been given to clients who did not want dogs next to them during a really good but expensive dinner. There could have been a room set aside for dog owners.

Breakfast was excellent, staff very attentive.

Arrived to be told that we were not booked in by Booking.com very concerning.

Staff exceptional. Very attentive and helpful. Room was lovely and lots of extra touches to make our stay comfortable.

No access to Netflix, Prime or TV apps

The hotel itself is beautifully presented in a picturesque location. The food was wonderful and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning.

Everything. I have never given a full score in all counts before but the Victoria is a very special place - you are made to feel valued. A very rare thing in hospitality. Excellent rooms, very clean and well maintained, superb food, unbeatable location
