Breakfast was good, as always, but dinner was a completely different experience. The portion sizes have noticeably shrunk, while prices have more than doubled. On top of that, the service was poor, and we were overcharged without any reasonable explanation. This was our fifth visit, and unfortunately, it will be our last. I can’t believe how much the service and overall quality have declined since our previous visit. I am extremely disappointed.

Welcoming atmosphere, friendly & helpful staff, clean room, quiet. Loved the pool & gym.

Bed was a bit spongy. My son's sofa bed had a thin mattress. Bathroom quite small.

Lots of parking available. The bar and breakfast area were very good. Excellent choice of breakfast foods. Room was clean.

Room was very hot at night. Too hot to sleep properly. We were only there one night so didn’t ask about changing the temperature but I’m sure it would have been easily sorted if we’d asked.
