the place is run down. never upgraded anything but the lobby. the rooms look like they haven’t seen any upgrade in about 10-20 years. i was locked out of my room by anti-burglar-bar that engaged itself due to the heavy curtain that pushed against it sideways. it had to be removed with an angle grinder late at night. horror-trip. the neighborhood is not one of the best in houston.

Location to central Houston & multiple roadways.

1. - We had to register outside the facility because the lobby was locked and the "check-in area was built to the specifications of a Currency Exchange in a bad inner-city neighborhood. 2. - Some furniture needed fixing. 3. - Water leaked into the room when it rained because there were cracks in the ceiling above the upper main window.

Service was good. Room clean. I love the bar. The pool. I rented two night we enjoyed ourselves

Colleague didn't like it and I think I've been blacklisted. Although I have to say this place is indeed value for money, but it's wifi is poor and doesn't have breakfast. The neighborhood it's is also not the safest so to speak. Conveniently located beside the freeway but hey, most people drive in the states so I guess it doesn't matter.

Don't stay here!! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Dirty, run down hole! They would not honour the price agreed through Booking.com and then would not refund what had already been paid so we felt we had to stay as we paid for 2 nights! There drug addicts wandering around outside the rooms all night and one saw me looming round the edge of the curtain and became threatening, kicking the door. Front desk wouldn't answer the phone. The noise went on all night with drug deals happening right outside our room all night long. At 8am it felt safe enough to leave so we left despite not getting a refund.

This place have Bad Internet,the receptionist is racist, my room was full of bugs and some people tried to open my door while I was sleeping, do me a favor don't come here is very dangerous, if you not a Latino your in trouble because this place is full of latinos and they would not like you if your not.

This place is HORRIBLE . My room had BED BUGS in both beds. The staff is extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. The trip started off with her double charging my card on her own error. It then took 3 Whole days to get my money back on my account. The receptionist had her children running around the hotel lobby if you can even call it that, screaming and making messes. The maid service if you can even call it that was half done as she left the used towels in the bathroom. There is a stench in the room. The door is not properly on t he henge allowing a big gap on the side and bottom of the door welcoming critters of all sizes inside. But the WORSE PART was the BED BUGS! I mean I even took video of them crawling all over the bed to the owner and he offered no compensation. Just a half apology. UGH! I guess my parting gift is the bites from the bed bugs! Run!!!
