The front checkin was horrible. I had request , on line when I booked, a 1st floor room. I am handicapped. She told me it would be an extra $5.00 for 1st floor. I have chronic asthma and can not climb stairs. she was so rude to me. Hotel must provide and accommodate the handicapped. I am so hurt and disappointed. there was plenty of empty rooms available on the 1st floor. she also advised me that there would be no cable, so no Television in my room.
