Hotel Pegasos

We are absolutely disappointed in this facility, which they refer to as a hotel. Constant electrical blackouts. For periods in the day, there was absolutely no water running from the taps or the shower. Unacceptable.. Third world country conditions..

The location was great, close to the sea and supermarkets. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The property was outdated and we changed rooms twice during our five day stay. Upon arrival we received a room that had a leaky A/C resulting in a wet bed mattress and a water puddle under the bed. When checking the mattress, it was moldy including the wall under the AC. The second room was ok but too small for three people. The bathroom was very tiny and the shower space very small. The third room was big with a small pantry, but very dark. However, it was not cleaned well. The toilet seat was broken, which we had to fix ourselves by installing a new one provided by the hotel. The old toilet seat was never taken by the cleaners during the stay. Dead insects behind the door were not cleaned and removed either. Towels were not changed during the entire stay. One day, a lady knocked on our door asking to turn off the lights on the porch, since electricity is very expensive.

The hotel views were amazing, great spot to see the sunset. We particularly enjoyed the balcony of our room, it was the perfect place for sunbathing. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. The staff was always smiling and very polite. We are looking forward to our visit.

Decoration and refined quality can be seen in every detail. Everything you will experience at Pigassos guarantees a stay in an environment that reflects the high level of services it provides, as well as the amazing staff chosen by its great hosts who demonstrate respect for the customer! I highly recommend!

Very clean, very contemporary, just beautiful facility. Breakfast was amazing. there were plenty of healthy options.We had a spacious room, private and gorgeous.We are definitely coming back to Pigasus hotel in Lefkada island.

Just amazing stay, the staff really made the place special too. The restaurant food was delicious, the ice cream and the coffee too. Location was unique and gorgeous.

Excellent hotel with restaurant, clean rooms with fantastic sea views. Each room has a balcony and is very clean/airy. The staff are lovely, very friendly and informative… serve great breakfast at the richy morning buffet. Lovely beaches all around in this very pretty area. Recommended 100%

Perfect for commuters, families, romantic with no rivals for couples and absolutely stunning for solo travellers which just want to rest in a beautiful shell.
