"Komme gerne wieder"

Zentral gelegen, freundliches Personal und ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet.

Im Zimmer sehr heiß, leider wurden die Vorhänge immer wieder geöffnet.

No more reception after 22:00. My key card didn't work anymore when I came in at 22:30, no one was at the reception or would pick up the phone. I had to run around for an hour (not sure where I would be able to sleep) to finally find a person that had a master key to open my door. That person seemed unfriendly and accused me of having my key card too close to my phone (even though I didn't and also they never specified that this could be a problem). Overall rooms weren't that nice either.

Zimmer sehr sauber und reichlich Platz,tolles Badezimmer,grosser Balkon und tolles Frühstück.

Keine Klimaanlage,keine Minibar im Zimmer.

Die Zimmer, die Ausstattung (inkl. Sauna, Pool), die Sauberkeit, das Personal - alles hervorragend!

Beim vor-Ort-Check-In am Automaten hätte hinterlegt sein müssen, dass ich bereits alle 3 Zimmer bezahlt habe. Dies war nicht möglich, so dass ich die Zimmer nochmal bezahlen musste. Das Geld habe ich jedoch unkompliziert nach Rücksprache mit dem Personal überwiesen bekommen.
