Manager told me that they don't have a room for me. And support of the hotel didn't answer me. I had to find another place to stay at the night. After all of this, the hotel told booking.com that I didn't come

room was 2 small

Even though we have received the confirmation from booking.com we were not able to get the room as hotel management said all rooms are alredy booked.

We didnt get a room so there is nothing to like or dislike

We booked 2 rooms for a triple bed but when we were there they told us that there were no rooms available for us and all were booked. As I have an email for booking confirmation and after i convinced them to give us rooms which were available as we can't search the rooms now to diff hotel on urgent basis they have given us double sharing rooms for 5 people. There was no space for an extra mattress for the 5th person we need to adjust as it is. Rooms were too small no space available to roam around the bed. The AC and telephone were not working so we needed to go down in case we needed anything from reception. Rooms were average. The cupboard was broken. The bedsheet and pillow cover were not clean. No water in the bathroom. As compared to the price we were given it was not budget accommodation. They have taken the price as per triple sharing and given us small double sharing rooms. No one is available to take luggage from our car. The pics shared on the booking page were different from the actual rooms. It was not up to the mark.

The Place is just on road with restaurant down below. Within City limits. Bathroom was specious and clean.

For third floor tedious to climb as no lift. old property.
