i liked how the staff was very cooperative and assistive. Also the room i booked was spacious and comfortable. The gym is very nice and clean. Whole Prestige Heaven Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the stay thats for sure. Also was provided with breakfast plan without asking.

didnt like that there was no stove, plates, cups, spoons, But were provided when asked without any issue. Faced a problem with the jacuzzi on the first day yet it was solved the next day. the wifi wasnt working properly in my room for 2 days the connection was very weak, apparently the router needed a restart and they were unaware until i kept complaining since i couldnt finish my work (i had to sit in the lobby for internet) until they figured out the issue. Also there was an offer to pay for 3 nights and stay the fourth for free which i didnt benefit from. one employee said because i had to book for 4 nights and then the discount would have applied, and the manager said that the offer had ended so there was a conflict. They put for me a normal shampoo that doesnt foam on the first day which made me bring my own, yet they provided a very good shampoo the next days without me asking, which they should have put on the first day as well.
