Central Location. Clean and comfortable. Kettle and minibar in the room. Very helpfull stuff. Very easy to communicate

No breakfast. The lack of elevator access for individuals who require it.

A truly wonderful family-run hotel with the kindest and most generous hosts! The room was comfortable and well suited, even with a minibar. The location is perfect. The staff (Kiril and Dimitar) helped us in planning our trekking trip in the Central Balkan Ridge. The hosts went above and beyond to assist us, even with the language barrier. They did everything to find the updated information about the huts and the trails we were interested in, contacted the hut, and drove us to remote trailheads and even picked us up from the park in the late evening! Because of the challenging weather conditions, it was difficult to organize activities in the area, but they supported us every step of the way. Kiril is incredibly kind and caring, always available for any request, and his son Dimiter speaks excellent English and did his best to help us. This was one of our best travel experiences in Bulgaria! Highly recommended!
