Daleside Manor, Boutique Hotel, Kasauli

Beautiful mountain views from the room and restaurant! The room and amenities were lovely and very comfortable. The staff were all really nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent - particular shout out to the vegetable momos which were the best momos we've ever had.

At night, there are some local dogs (not in the hotel) who do a lot of barking

Gorgeous location on hillside, staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast and dinner meals were delicious (does take time to be made but it’s because it’s all made from scratch). Spa treatment great value and enjoyable. Games room was a plus. Staff happy to arrange taxis when needed.

Rooms can be a little noisy - sound from neighbouring rooms and quite loud if it rains

The doors left open all day meant that it was very cold in January and room heating was very erratic, There seemed a lack of coordination among the staff
