View view view. Very good breakfast with fresh eggs and... A view!

V firm beds. Quite a walk into town. Only body/ hair combo shampoo in shower.

The entire stay was fabulous, breakfast was exceptional as was the staff

The air con was a little too hot and we couldn't change it, however we didn't enquire to either.

Arquitetura e instalações surpreendentes.. Visual maravilhoso. Super tecnológico. Acrescenta muito à experiência da viagem. Café da manhã fantástico. Garagem ampla.

Very good staff, who took initiative to tell me about getting 40 Euro refund. I had it booked through booking.com and Staff guided me on steps to cancel reservation on booking.com and managed to get 40 Euros back!! Loved the Room, very good cleaning staff. Tap water is drinkable tastes like mineral water from the bottle. Outside view through the entire glass window on one side of the wall was A+. Shower/Washroom are very big. Japanese style toilet bidet where it is automated. Rooms are very spacious. You can spend lot of time in your room. They have smart TV maybe 75" where I was able to watch Amazon prime. My schedule became Hiking and sightseeing in morning and afternoon, while enjoying amazon prime in the evening. You get free bus pass during your stay and they also suggest good restaurants in Ortisei.

Overall there was nothing that stands out on what I didn't like. Minor things which I don't mind: I couldn't get my Netflix to work on their 75" Smart TV, but I also didn't ask staff about it. Getting to the hotel is a bit of a hike. The hotel is located on higher altitude compared to other average hotels which are on the valley, so If you plan to haul luggage and not use transportation.
