Os quartos eram muito bem decorados e a cama era confortável. Café da manhã estava excelente.

Ponto de atenção para deixar mais claro para os hospedes que não possui recepção 24 horas, pois é uma guest-house e não hotel.

Tudo na acomodação foi incrível! Ana nos atendeu de maneira excepcional e foi extremamente atenciosa e gentil. Nos deu dicas excelentes sobre a região, o que nos ajudou muito. O quarto é lindo e muito bem decorado, assim como todas as dependências do hotel. Cama confortável, ambiente limpo e o café da manhã com muita variedade. Recomendo muito para quem quer fugir dos hotéis lotados e procura uma experiência mais personalizada e humana. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente em outra oportunidade.

This is a beautiful place to stay! Both in terms of the interior design, and most importantly, it's people. We were greeted with a hug on arrival, whilst at breakfast, everything was explained with a helpful quiet pride and friendliness. We felt truly welcomed. The room itself was great - spacious and comfortable with views out over the valley that we weren't expecting. The location also worked very well for us - on the outskirts of the main Douro Valley trail, in a small town that had a few different restaurants to choose from. We ended up with a wonderful (astonishingly good value) meal at a place a short walk down the road from the hotel.

We would loved everything, so nothing for us. One thing to note for others though is that the bathroom is separated from the main room via a curtain (it's thick fabric, floor to ceiling and pulls all the way across, so you do have privacy) rather than a door, and there's a glass panel which means you partially see through to the shower from the room. So a space probably best for couples.
