Netoli pagrindinių miesto objektų, didelis ir nemokamas parkingas, jaunas kolektyvas, kuris padeda visais klausimais. Apačioje ledų/kavos įsigijimo galimybė. Nors ir nedidelio pasirinkimo, bet sotūs pusryčiai.

Patalpos jau labai prašosi remonto .. Tapetai daug kur atsilupinėję, baldai seni, aplūžę, patalynė turi nemažai naudojimo žymių. :) Neveikia liftai, tad tenka nemažai pavaikščioti pėsčiomis, jei gyvenate toliau nuo pagrindinio įėjimo. Rytais, pusryčių patalpoje visus pasitinka labaaai pikta darbuotoja. Jei nepasisveikinsite, pasisveikinsite per tyliai, paliksite kokią nenuneštą puodelį ar servetėlę, ko nors paklausite - pasiruoškite būti išbarti ir klausytis bumbėjimo jai vaikštant aplink :))

Antras kartas nuvyle dar labiau nei pirmas kartas, tikėjausi kad situacija per pusantru metu pagerėjo, bet o taciau, pinigus ima bet kur juos investuoja velnias zino. Nuotraikose pateikti kambariai neatitinka realybės. Lovos sulūžusios, tapetai sudraskyti, kampuose voratinkliai baisu.

Nerasi net elementaraus ranku muilo, turi viska tureti savo, na bet mums neprireiks nes tikrai nebesinuomuosime daugiau. Vorai, sulūžusios lovos, sudraskyti tapetai ir pakeitus i kita kambari, niekuo nepasikeite situacija, tik dar gavom ir kilimine danga visa supilstyta ir nemalonaus kvapo. Jau geriau primoket 10-20€ ir nuomuotis kitur. Sovietų laikai tik dar ir su netvarka. Beje sulūžusios spintelės dureles uzkrito ant kojos. Nerekomenduoju.
