Nice, clean, pleasant location.

Solar hot water. Shower water luke warm at best even leaving the hot tap on for a long time (as recommended).

The Wi-Fi service was severely unreliable, preventing us from watching television or listening to music. Despite our complaints, the staff did not investigate the issue.

Be aware that when booking this hotel, the policy requires guests to present a credit card and a photo ID upon check-in. The hotel does not accept driver’s licenses or other photo IDs except passports. If a guest forgets their passport or passport number, their nightly rate will be adjusted. The hotel policy should be more specific, stating that only passports are accepted as photo IDs.

Très bel endroit avec piscine et des chambres très confortables. Demander celles éloignées de la route pour éviter le bruit. Elles sont face à la nature et vraiment calmes. Nous étions de passage juste pour une nuit proche de l’aéroport pour repartir le lendemain vers Sanlento.

el desayuno fue bueno, las instalaciones muy agradables ademas de que cuentan con juegos de mesa, cancha, piscina, jacuzzi. la ubicacion cerca al casco urbano de Pereira.
