Parking is paid (about €6 per day), the room has carpet, the cleanliness is not impeccable and the products in the minibar seemed to have been there for a long time, everything a bit "vintage"

GRITOttimo, consiglio. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e ci tornerei. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ottima posizione, a pochi passi a piedi dal centro, da luoghi dove mangiare, negozi, e via dicendo. Noi avevamo la macchina ed abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio gratuito dell' hotel. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima comunicazione con il personale sia prima del nostro arrivo, che durante il soggiorno. Hotel pulito e confortevole. C'è l' ascensore. La nostra camera era molto grande, pulita, comoda, silenziosa, letto comodo. Avevamo tutte le comodità, la zona cucina con frigorifero, c' era anche un minibar molto ben fornito. Tv in camera. Bagno molto grande e con una bellissima doccia ( con piano doccia, a differenza di altre zone della Bulgaria). In bagno acqua sempre calda e buona pressione dell' acqua. Avevamo il wi fi che funzionava bene. L' hotel ha anche un bar dove poter fare colazione, e dove sono gentilissimi. Consiglio questo hotel e ci tornerei. Pulivano la camera ogni giorno e cambiavano gli asciugamani ogni giorno, ottimo.
Il ristorante sotto l' hotel, che NON è dell' hotel. Sotto l' hotel , praticamente davanti all' hotel. Pessimo. Cena orribile. Cibo pessimo, servizio scortese. Nella stessa sala mettono insieme i fumatori con i non fumatori. Fanno capire che il turista non è gradito. NON andateci .

PLBardzo przyjemny pokoj. Bardzo wygodne łózko i czysta przestronna lazienka. Widok z okna slaby, ale to bez znaczenia. Pokoj 10/10
Obsluga. Ciagle jej po prostu nie bylo. Meldujac sie czekalam ok 10 minut az naburmuszona pani wroci z fajka i kawy, ani usmiechu, ani nic. Rano tez nikogo, aby sie wymeldować. Moze to przypadek, ale po prostu slabo to wygladalo.
DKThe room was great, really spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also great with heating in the floor.
None of the two pillow sets was comfortable for us. After raising the issue at the reception, we got a different type of pillow in a couple of minutes. Great service. My only complain is that there was not a bottle of water as a courtesy, although there was a kettle with tea and coffee. The water was psrt of the mini bar choices.
