A good hotel in this category. Caring staff. Daily room cleaning and towel change. Buffet breakfast for every taste. It is possible to profitably order transport at the reception.

The restaurant staff were really polite and respectful. The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean.

The front desk staff were really dull and disrespectful. I heard them openly talking about about other guests. If you want to backbite, at least speak in low voice or speak in private hahah.

Worst experience of my life.

We had the worst experience in this hotel. Not sure how people voted this hotel very clean. Someone tried to break into our room in the middle of the night. I went to the reception to complain and he was just laughing and saying these things can happen must be by mistake. The room was extremely dirty. We couldn’t sleep whole night because there was a lot of noise coming from the hotel. Guests were so loud talking going up and down moving furniture at 3 am it almost felt like it wasn’t a hotel but we were staying at someone’s house. Don’t fall for the reviews. This is not a clean hotel.

Bed was really comfy, big room, good choice for breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Pool wasn't heated, so not warm, gym closed on Saturdays. Very noisy neighbours ( though that was not the hotels fault).
