Die Lage mitten im Holländerviertel ist hervorragend. Ein Parkhaus befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (Hebbelstraße 1c). Das Appartement war sauber und die Ausstattung entsprach der Beschreibung.

Die Haustierpauschale von 40€ pro Aufenthalt finde ich persönlich schon recht unverschämt, vor allem bei einem Aufenthalt mit nur 1-2 Übernachtungen. Das Appartement liegt direkt über einen Restaurant, deren WC sich auf der Etage vom Appartement befindet. Das Restaurant schließt 22 Uhr, aber dann hat die Crew beim Putzen etc. den Bass aufgedreht.
