Czysto. Ładny ogród. Dobre śniadanie. Przestronny pokój. Bardzo miła obsługa.

Bardzo czysto. Bardzo dobre śniadanie (spory wybór produktów). Ciepła woda. Są szklanki w pokoju (ale nie ma wody). Są zestawy kosmetyków w pokoju. Gniazdka blisko łóżka. Telewizor w pokoju. W pobliżu jest przystanek autobusowy, ale dojazd do centrum Poznania zajmuje dokładnie godzinę z przesiadką (ale za to do term jest blisko). Mimo pomyłki pani w recepcji, szybko udało się ją skorygować. Pomocna obsługa, można pożyczyć brakujące ładowarki (więc tym bardziej dziwne, że nie ma suszarki).

Brak suszarki w pokoju. Brak możliwości wypożyczenia suszarki. Raczej słabe ogrzewanie, które - nawet przy maksymalnym odkręceniu - nie zapewnia komfortu. Fatalna akustyka (słychać każde słowo z korytarza, otwieranie drzwi, w pobliżu jest też przejazd kolejowy).
