The point surfcamp Bali

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in..not only was the rooms nothing like advertised on booking.com..the rooms had mold in them. No T.v no fridge like advertised,,but the worst is the staff go through my room when I was out and steal money from in my bag..not only did they steal money from my room once they did it twice. The owner was called when I question the staff. And then the police was called. The owner did nothing and the police did nothing didn't question the staff and treated me like I was the criminal it was the most single experience I have had in all my years of traveling the world. Booking.com needs to make sure the advertising in their website matches all the rooms. And need to investigate this matter I had to leave the hotel early because I not feel safe there and I would like my money back for the booking and compensation from the hotel for the money stolen which was in the amount of $350 Australian....I am so disgusted with this experience and the level of disregard the owner and the police in how this was handled...

I didn't like the rooms. The advertisement on bokkings.com did not match the rooms and was totally fraught in the advertising..and the fact that staff stole money from my room twice. I had to pay for other accommodation in other hotels because not feel safe.

The rooms were very spacious and clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

チェックインの時間より早かったが、チェックインしてくれた。スタッフも皆んなフレンドリーでした。サーフィンするならば近くてよかった。

部屋にアメニティと冷蔵庫がなかった。エアコンもあまり効いていなかった。

Agus and staff are amazing! Location is great and the WiFi is amazing. Nice desk inside and ac is great. Pillows were great I slept like a baby. Definitely coming back here again. Wish I stayed longer but visa is expiring!

The hotel itself is quite nice — rooms are comfortable, there's hot water and air conditioning.

However, several things really ruined my stay. Smoking in the hallways. For some reason, certain guests were allowed to smoke inside the hotel on the floors. The room doors don't seal properly, so all the smoke drifted straight into the room. As a non-smoker, this was absolutely unbearable. Forgotten breakfast. I ordered breakfast in the morning, but the staff simply forgot about it. They only remembered when I came back 50 minutes later to remind them again. Only then did they realize it still needed to be made. Nyepi Day completely ignored. During Nyepi — the Day of Silence, the most important holiday on the island — no one at the hotel bothered to turn off the lights. Staff on the ground floor were talking loudly on speakerphone calls. It's supposed to be a day of silence where even lights should be off, yet the staff didn't feel the need to follow their own strict traditions.

Die Farbe rieselte von der Decke auf die Kopfkissen, nach einem Hinweis an das Personal passierte nichts. Man konnte das Bett aber so verschieben, dass es einem Nachts zumindest nicht ins Gesicht "schneite".
