Balcony outside room was a real bonus, but room was also clean & comfortable at a competitive price. Property is set back slightly from the beach front, but this makes it nice & quiet.

Stay safe as good but hot water problem. They only have solar and you can get hot water only after 10 when sun shines up and when in travel you need to get ready early to visit the tourist places rather waiting for sun to shine and hot water to come by 10. But the rooms are clean and staffs are good and located just near to the kovalam beach.

Hot water for shower was not at all available even once. Parking not available at the premises. Had to use paid parking during our entire stay. Have to walk a lot to reach the property every time we go out.
