- The hostess is very friendly, helps with many issues - Location - Ocean view

- The refrigerator wasn’t clean, there was a sour smell - Somedays noise of the road made it difficult to sleep

Shida was the most helpful hotel staff I've ever seen during 3 weeks in South India Room was clean and Hot shower worked well.

Great location, staff very nice and making us feel comfortable. We would come again!

It’s a small and cosy hotel situated on the calmer side of the light house. A perfect get-away from commerce and traffic. The owner and staff are super helpful and honest.

The location was good, at a walkable distance to the lighthouse and the lighthouse beach. The property was clean and tidy with a sea view (although obstructed due to a building in front). The owner was good.

There was no food available, neither at the property (got to know on the last day through the owner herself that foreign guests were being provided meals on request) nor in the immediate neighborhood. No food delivery option is available there. Had to walk to the lighthouse beach for every meal which was not nice, especially for my 6 yo daughter. Had to skip meals a few times due to that. Also, we had to check out early (on December 31st when it was in high demand) due to a change of plan but the owner did not consider even a partial refund. There was no net on the windows so we could not open them to avoid the entry of mosquitoes and other insects. It was a non-ac room and therefore was a bit uncomfortable with the closed windows and no exhaust in the bathroom.

I really appreciated how nice was Shida, the host. Always with a welcomy smile, she will help you with anything you ask. I stayed 4 days in Kovalam and I really enjoyed this beatiuful side of Kerala thanks, in part, tor Shida. Had a good rest at night and tested great home-made food cooked by her. If ever come back I will know where to go.

Had a great stay at Swapnatheeram beach resort. The location is great for exploring lighthouse beach as well as the other parts of the area. The room was very spacious and clean as well as being reasonably priced. The host Shida was very helpful and friendly with any questions or advise with the area.
