Excellent location , just near the beach Good staff,

No restaurant, but so many restaurant nearby. No TV, Chair tables and bed sheets should be improved.

We haven't breakfast and location is excellent.

First line on the beach - you probably cant get better location, especially for that money. The room was huge. Be aware that you need to walk like 5 minutes after taxi drop point (pedestrian area only), but the walk is easy and there are always some local men standing, offering a hand for a fee.

The staff was friendly, but not as genuine as in many other location we visited in India. Old property and old furniture - it seems like the furniture in our room was affected by termites and it was a lot of wood powder on the floor. Either the floor was not cleaned properly before us - or the powder falls out the furniture constantly. I think if the owner puts some money in renovation - it can be a fantastic hotel. But again, for this price, being on the first line in Kovalam - I wouldn't mind to stay there again.
