スタッフの対応がよく丁寧で挨拶も明るく元気で感じがよかった。

部屋の暗証番号を押して中に入るのが面倒だった。オートロックなら必要ないと思う。反対に暗証番号の紙を失くしたり落としたりしたら防犯対策にはならないと思う。朝食料金1,300円のわりに品数が少なくサラダのドレッシングが見当たらずヨーグルトが水ぽかった。

駅から割と近く分かりやすく、ウェルカムドリンクサービス時間が長いのは良かった。朝食は種類が多く、焼きたてパンのサービスがあるのは嬉しい。自分でトースターで温めるのは行列が出来るのでいつもパスしていたので。

時間より早く着いてしまい、ドリンクサービスを利用しながら待っていたがトイレがロビーに無くて（部屋にしか無い？）チェックインまで待たなければならなかった。チェックインしてすぐトイレを使ったら、ウォシュレットが何度押しても作動しなくて部屋を替えて貰った。枕が選べると言うので一階ロビーで柔らかい枕を選んでから入室したが、部屋の枕が今までに宿泊したホテルで私には最悪なくらい硬かった。柔らかい枕は２個しか無かったので、入室前に選んでなかったらゆっくり寝られなかったんじゃないかと思うとゾッとした。いつもスーパーホテル利用する友人がオススメしていて、温泉があるのと、朝食の口コミが良かったので、初めて利用したが、私には睡眠も重要要素なので次回利用するかと聞かれたら考えてしまう。
