"土日で送迎バスが運休で不便で、遅刻してしまい、散々でした。"

マイカーで宿泊なら、問題はありませんが、交通期間を利用して宿泊なら、土日の送迎バスが運休で、タクシーを利用しなければならず、朝は、タクシーを呼んでから１５分も待たされ、間に合わず、遅刻してしまい、困りました。新幹線を利用なら、大宮駅の新幹線乗場に近く便利ですが、在来線利用なら、京浜東北線の乗場の反対側で、西口の２２番ホームから、反対側の１，２番ホーム迄、歩かなければならず、とても時間がかかりました。しかも、前にある改札から入ったら、エレベーターがなく、別の改札から入り直さないと、エレベーターが無く、不便でした。

清潔感のある良いホテルでした。

ランドリー袋があると助かった。 全室禁煙にしてほしい。ツインの部屋は喫煙ルームしか空いていなくて禁煙のシングルを２部屋予約することになった。
