The hotel trrace was nice and the owner Mrs salumi was helpful and nice person .. and the breakfast was good … and the room is big and nice for our family 4 persons .. it’s was nice staying even for a one night 👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏

The location is top, right next to Bagrati Cathedral, walk down to the city is also short, though the way back requires some fitness (which we liked). The host family is very friendly and supportive, with a cute dog as well)

A bit too much light in the night, curtains aren't thick enough. Also bringing the luggage to the 3d floor without an elevator could be a challenge for some visitors.

Location was superb and hosts were very friendly.

Hospitality is great, great breakfast, comfortable bed with all the things needed. Great view of cathedral and city.

Small hotel in a family owned house, far from the traffic noise, feels like a home.

This was unfortunately the worst stay during our 3-week trip around Georgia. We booked this hotel for two nights. The first night was peaceful — the hotel is beautifully located on a hill with lovely views, and it seemed we were the only guests at the time. However, on Saturday, three Georgian families arrived for a wedding. The atmosphere changed drastically. Noise levels became unbearable: children running up and down the wooden stairs, constant banging against the walls, and loud conversations echoing through the thin walls. When I politely addressed one of the guests to explain how disruptive the noise was, she laughed and asked if I had children — dismissing my concern entirely. The situation worsened when the group returned late from the wedding. What followed was two hours of drunken shouting, screaming children, and chaos. Only after I texted the owners did they intervene. Once the shouting stopped, we faced another issue: loud snoring from the adjacent room that made our walls literally vibrate. I tried to knock on the walls to stop it, but was instead threatened by the group who said they'd call the police. In short: this property may be pleasant in the off-season or when occupancy is low. However, it is not at all equipped to host large groups or families — the walls are paper-thin, the wooden stairs amplify every step, and the owners do not proactively manage disturbances unless prompted. I would not recommend staying here during peak times or weekends.
