Wonderful hotel. Very big room. Comfortable beds. Clean and cozy. Beautiful and historic room for breakfast. Delicious food. Owners are very friendly and welcoming. Pretty good location. Several minutes walk from church. We would recommend.

A very good hotel! It's located on the hill over the city, but the stairs about 100 meters from the front door will bring you down to the Chain bridge and then to the center in no time. So if you're ok with the stairs, the location is very convenient to explore Kutaisi. The rooms look exactly like on the pictures. The beds are quite comfy. The soundproofing is also OK, we rarely heard the other guests, and the street outside is small and quiet. The breakfast is a buffet. The variety is not huge, but it's also not small, either, and you can find something to eat. The quality of the food is also good. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The view from the balconies and from the terrace is beautiful. I definitely recommend this hotel for a comfy stay, good location, good breakfast and excellent value for money.

I can only mention that the wi-fi was not always reliable, it was disrupting from time to time in different parts of the hotel. Also, I was missing a mirror in the room for 4, there was only one in the bathroom. It would be great to have one in the room as well. Everything else was OK.

Las vistas sin duda son muy buenas y la zona es tranquila.

El desayuno es muy poco variado. Las instalaciones del hotel, algo anticuadas. No siempre limpian la habitación aunque lo dejes indicado y creo que en general el trato podría ser algo más cercano. La relación calidad-precio creo que no es la mejor.

The hotel is on the hill. There are beautiful flowers in front yard. It's cool. And the breakfast was yummy. Everything is tidy and cozy. I was very comfortable while I stayed there.

조식이 맛있었고 시설들이 좋았어요. 특히 아름다운 꽃들이 가득하여 지내는 동안 즐거웠어요. 여주인이 아주 친절했습니다..

The hotel is on the hill. Tha parking lot is narrow. It's hard to park cars. If you park a car, you can put it in Bagrati cathedral parking lot. It's wide and very near.

Très tranquille, à 15 mns à pieds du centre Chambre spacieuse Hôtelier sympathique Chauffeur à disposition, moyennant rémunération à discuter en direct avec lui, pour déplacements aux alentours de la ville.

PDJ très moyen, peu variè et quasiment pas de fruits et laitages. Il vaudrait mieux augmenter de 2 ou 3 euros le tarif de la nuitée et proposer un PDJ plus élaboré SDB petite et mal équipée rien pour poser ses produits de toilette Serrure de la porte de notre chambre difficile à faire fonctionner
