Part of the staff were not willing to help. There were neglect in the mainteinance of the room and facilities (dirty cushions at the pool, broken windows...)

Perfect Family Stay at Patmos Paradise Hotel Our family of 14 had a fantastic experience at Patmos Paradise Hotel. Located on the scenic island of Patmos, the hotel offered stunning views and convenient access to local attractions. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and provided a comfortable retreat after exploring the island. We especially appreciated the delicious breakfast served each morning. Dimitris and the staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, making us feel truly welcomed. Patmos Paradise Hotel is highly recommended for families seeking a clean, peaceful, and memorable stay on this beautiful Greek island.

I want to add a comment. I bought a garden view room. But our view was just other room’s door. I don’t like it and please write the reality

The hotel is a little dated in terms of decor/finishes etc, but it is very well maintained and spotlessly clean which makes it rather charming in its own way. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but perfectly adequate (coffee, omelette, Yoghurt and fruit for us - but there’s a full continental and some other cooked food). Lovely pool which gets the sun all day and was always super quiet during our stay. Ample free parking (driveway is steep, as are many roads in Patmos, so try and get a decent hire car with a bit of power). But the real showstopper - the view - which really is stunning! We had a pool/sea view room which was worth it as we sat on the balcony each morning to enjoy a coffee (no coffee in room so we grabbed from breakfast). An amazing spot from which to enjoy the island, in very close proximity to a number of excellent beaches, including Kampos which is a 5 minute walk and has a couple of beach clubs and a taverna. 15 min drive from port, 20 min drive from Chora.

Could have done with coffee facils in the room. Our room (105) had old AC which was ok but not the best but our friends adjoining (104) it was newer and v good.

The staff was very unhelpful. The old man at the reception told me that I need to wait two hours to have someone help me with my luggages. At the end another hotel guest carried my bags to upstairs to my room because there are NO elevators at the hotel. Later I asked them to charge my car. He said again to wait two hours. When I come back to the hotel 4 HOURS LATER the car was NOT charged so I had to wait extra one more hour for the car to recharge. When I was checking out he told me that I was lucky that they DID NOT CHARGE ME for charging the car. Who charges their guests to pay give electricity to their car. Very rude.

We loved it, the view, the vibes and the receptionist Dimitris is amazing. Thank you for this heavenly stay
