Everything. Clean, Welness, infinity pool, Restaurant, location, lot’s of options. kindness hosts, parking. They do everything to make your stay unforgetable.

Hotel location is amazing, It's real ski-in / ski-out hotel. Also having a ski rental place just downstairs and dedicated ski lockers are very comfortable. Rooms are pretty new, clean and spacious. Kids room is amazing and stuff is very friendly.

The hotel advertise their beautiful pool everywhere but they don't mention anywhere that It's only for adults. My kid was very excited about the pool, we checked pictures multiple times and learned it hard way that kids cannot use the pool. It's very disappointing. After checkout we've asked for using a locker and a change room but the only answer we heard back was "no". Even if It's not possible, staff could try to find a solution. For example rental place offered help. We had to change in the toilet and re-pack our luggage around the lobby, after a comfortable vacation It definitely lowered our mood. In general staff was just saying yes / no to any question and not very helpful, comparing with similar hotel stuff we stayed in Austria.
