Skyry Hotels Adyar

No BF and it is located in a location where you do have lot of activity and its a residential area, probably a residential converted building to hotel due to its accessibility to the road.

I cannot complain more as i did not have time to check other hotels providing better options but definitely feel they could do little better for a price they are charging per night.

The adress details given on the Booking website (and in the confirmation message) are just plain wrong. I had to sludge through the neighbourhood with my luggage and find the place on my own (a few streets further on). Next, the confirmation from Booking was not registered at the hotel reception. Hardly the kind of welcome one expects, coming from the airport at night. Once the room was ready, no more trouble.

Great location - just around the corner from the temple and not far from the fishing port for sunrises. I took a bike to a little local beach they recommended and it was lovely - tiny beach but great to see all the families there and try the fast food street food.
