Stayed for 5 days here. Rooms were clean. Staff was nice. Non judgemental people. Didn't charge extra even tho our checkout time was 3pm. Location Very much accessible( walking distance) through metro and rail. All kind of food eateries available at walking distance.

My check out time was 12 but i go around 2 o'clock..i stay 2 hour's extra time but they did charge any money... first time in Chennai without chargeable for two hours..i stay too many hotels in Chennai but even if we stay an extra hour they will charge money but grand tower is the best they didn't charge..the room was clean n sanitized i really love it please visit a superb grand tower hotel
