I was booked through booking.com, Hotel refused to accept the booking and they cancelled themselves. Receptionist was rude. He said, yes it was booked in your name but there is no room. It was disappointing. If they are not accepting booking.com then why the hotel management has given the permission to booking.com to book their property. I don't understand.
