Amplasarea hotelului aproape de granița cu Grecia și cu un cadru natural foarte frumos, dar condiții de cazare proaste.

Atitudinea lipsită de profesionalism a unor angajate ale hotelului care nu cunosc limba engleză și nici măsura bunului simț ori a respectului.

Извън град Симитли на тихо и приятно място. Има широк поркинг за кола и стаите бяха чисти.

Душ кабината и мивката бяха счупени. Нямаше елементарни удобства като ютия и сешоар.
