Hotel Senator

Very bad rooms, beds and aircondition not working, we had 2 rooms, one for us and one for the kids...we all slept in 26 de gread at night. cleaning we have got only because we have been asking(1day out of 4), no towels have been changed(I have been running after the cleaning lady to get some new. Old and not worth the money. Staff nowhere to find when you need them.

Everything was amazing,comfortable and clean!

The guy from reception was weird and did not say hello at all during our visit. He was looking at us like we were not supposed to be there. On our last night was a lot of noise around 3 am from the reception desk.

I’ve stayed here before , had a room upstairs which was lovely , however this time had room 11 which was under my expectations - noisy as the the room is located on the ground floor and several features in the room were broken (wardrobe sliding door )or charger point next to the bed out from the wall (looking not very professional ) .I would stay here again ? yes but not room no.11 . Thank you !

Furniture looked outdated. We stayed at the ground floor and it was noisy and there were lots of mosquitoes in our room
