Das ganze Team war sehr gastorientiert, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war gut , es war für jeden etwas dabei.

Das Essen im Restaurant, war gut, leider sehr kleine Portionen und sehr hoch im Preis. Mein Mann hatte den Hackbraten mit Püree, die Portion war für ein Kind. Schade...auf die Frage ob das Alles ist, hat die Kellnerin geantwortet, dann sollen wir noch eine Vorspeise nehmen. Auch für Getränke wird tief in die Kiste gegriffen.....das war schade, den da stimmt das Preis Leistung Verhältnis nicht.

Sehr nettes Personal in einem schönen, besonderen Burg Hotel mit sächsischem Charme. Irgendwie alles gemütlich, nostalgisch, gespenstisch schön.

Wir waren mit allem fein, so wie es war und würden auch gern wiederkommen.
