Location - great position for the centre of the town - good view across the harbour

- Paid for breakfast for two people in advance. Gave details of dietary needs. Received answer that these requests were fine, but added that they'd like us to drop them a reminder 3 days before arrival... odd... but okay... Reminder message sent as requested - not acknowledged. Upon arrival informed they had no chef. No breakfast available at all. Given £10 refund, non-negotiable, cash in hand. This was not sufficient to 'go elsewhere' to any local establishment, (many were closed as the season was ending) - Room was filthy. Dust and dirt on all surfaces. Carpet not clean or vacuumed from last users. Bedside cabinet drawer had used toiletries inside from previous clients. Room in serious need of a deep clean. - Sufficiently disgruntled to cancel next visit in a week's time - easy decision on that one! Shower in same condition. Partner refused to use it! - No staff on site in the morning to raise concerns with. Hotel not worthy of the 'Good 7.2' rating on Booking.com

We booked last minute when our ferry was canceled. The staff were very accommodating

Rooms were very, very small, but clean and comfortable beds.

Ein einfaches Hotel bei der Preis-Leistung okay ist. Einfache Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsdusche. Leider gab es das gebuchte Frühstück nicht. Dafür wurde Geld zurück gezahlt.
