"Great if location to the border is your primary focus"

The staff was great, friendly, and helpful. The place was extremely clean. I was impressed by the level of cleanliness as it surpassed expectations (on both sides of the border). It's a great location and an affordable price. The water pressure is good. It had a really good pedestal fan. The coffee shop downstairs was great.

The biggest negative: Two of the windows did not lock and had to stay open 24/7. The second biggest negative: The bed had a pillowtop and pocket coil (probably once a very nice bed) and was worn out and uncomfortable to sleep on, one can feel the lack of support and the bumpiness (which may lead to back-to-back pain for those who need a firmer mattress). The negative but not a big deal: The futon-type sofa also was very used and you could feel the bars through the cushions when you sat on it (I wasn't sitting on it much so it didn't impact me). The least important: The ceiling fan didn't work.

No tv in the room a bar club down stairs loud music all night drunk people staying around the place did not feel secure for the night

Mostly everything was wrong there I will never rent it again over priced for the location
