Der Herr an am Empfang hat sich bemüht, konnte aber die "schäbige" Atmosphäre nicht bereinigen

Die Lobby und Reception waren sehr ungepflegt, in der Lobby lümmelten ständig Verwandte oder Freunde der Besitzer herum. In unser Zimmer hat es übers Dach hineingeregnet; das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht.
