We checked in at 11pm. We then had maintenance until midnight as aircon wouldn’t work. Staff were extremely rude. The male manager said “we have now given him 3 hours more work due to us requesting another room”. Very rude and a smart ass. We then got moved to a room where the aircon didn’t work, key didn’t work, TV didn’t work and no shower head holder. All the bars and restaurants shut well before what they were supposed to. Would never recommend to anyone. Want my money back. It was for our honeymoon and completely ruined our trip

La signora del bar sulla piscina e il personale della colazione

Il personale della reception, i servizi offerti e ogni sera al rientro non c'era parcheggio per la nostra macchina per cui eravamo costrette a parcheggiare dove il guardiano notturno ci indicava, quindi fuori dalle strisce e nonostante non fosse un problema causato da noi ho ricevuto una mail in cui mi veniva Chiesto di parcheggiare la macchina nelle strisce. Bisognerebbe prestare più attenzione ai servizi offerti, prima di concedersi il lusso di richiamare il cliente.
