Buona struttura a tsilivi. C è tutto quello che serve

Forse da migliorare la colazione con cornetti e torte

Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione, il mare a tsilivi è veramente bello a 5 min a piedi dalla struttura. Il personale è molto gentile.

Ho scelto di prenotare Con la colazione compresa ma devo dire che per gli italiani c'è veramente poco, tanto cibo salato alla mattina ma poche cose dolci. Se l avessi saputo non avrei pagato anche per la colazione.

The location is great, just a little stroll into the centre. Hotel & staff were great & nothing was too much trouble.

Struttura bellissima comoda e moderna , posizione ottima per visitare l’isola , camere comode moderne è funzionali . Colazione intercontinentale ottima è con prodotti di qualità , quasi tutto mirato sul salato e salutare visto che molti hotel hanno tantissimi dolci .complimenti alle ragazze che preparano la colazione sempre molto attente nel rimpiazzare il buffet e cuocere le piattante fatte al momento come le uova ed altro .stessa cosa per i tavoli sempre molto attenti nello sparecchiare il tavolo dai piatti . Complimenti alle ragazze della reception sempre molto disponibili alle esigenze dei clienti .. hotel perfetto per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna del relax .. lo consiglio è buona vacanza..grazie a tutti per la splendida vacanza nel hotel..

Breakfast was included, and I have to say it was plentiful and offered a wide variety of options for everyone. The lady in charge of breakfast was absolutely wonderful – kind, sociable, and very attentive, she really made mornings feel special. The lady at the bar was just as friendly and cheerful, which created a warm and welcoming vibe. Overall, the entire staff deserves the highest praise – always smiling, helpful, and communicative, they truly make sure you don’t have to worry about a thing during your vacation. For the staff, I’d give 5 stars without hesitation.

The rooms are decent overall, but the beds are definitely a downside – they’re not single beds, they squeak, and move around way too much, which can get annoying when you’re trying to rest. Other than that, the room is fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Another drawback is the Wi-Fi connection: it’s quite weak and only really works properly near the pool or the restaurant. In the rooms, the signal is very poor, almost unusable, which makes it impossible to work or do anything that requires stable internet. It would really help if coverage was improved across the entire hotel area.

The hotel has a ok pool. that is the only good thing i can stay about that. oh, and the ladies at the breakfast were super nice and friendly.

Quite some miscommunication with the staff there. They are friendly and yet i feel some kind of passive aggressive manner in handling issues. the room itselfs smell mustly. Nothing special with the breakfast. I did not enjoy my stay there at all.
