The room was very large, as was the bed, and there was ample storage space, and other places to sit. The bathroom and shower were also large. There is a tea/coffee station in the rooms too. The hotel is in a great location in the Old City, next to Gangaur Ghat where you can watch the evening traditional dance/music performance. It is also close to many other restaurants along the river, and 10-15 minutes walk from the palace. A laundry service with next day drop off is also available. The manager in particular was very friendly and helped us arrange tours of Kumbalgarh Fort/Jain temple and Chittorgarh Fort. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing, and the food is tasty.

The room could have been cleaner, with hair still stuck to the bathroom wall, holes and stains on the bed sheets, and the mattress sheet was too small for the bed and repeatedly came off. Our room was one floor below the kitchen, which is quite loud. Also, some of the other guests were very loud, though this is of course beyond the hotel's control. Whilst we really appreciated having the tours arranged for us, one of them was only finalised the evening before we left, and as this included transfer to our next location, we were locked into the price which was not overly expensive, but we probably could have got for cheaper elsewhere.

Location, room and the hotel staff ensured a very smooth checkin and were supportive during our entire stay.

The hotel it's the best in the city. It is located in the perfect position to explore Udaipur. The room was really good and clean with a bed that was big as i never saw. The breakfast was good and the staff is very kind. They had also a rooftop with a very nice view of the city. Absolutely recommended for a great stay in Udaipur
