My recent stay at Pine Clough Hotel was really disappointing and frustrating. They didn't provide basic things like good internet, hot water, power, and they did some unfair things too. Here's what went wrong: Bad Internet: I told the hotel about the internet problem yesterday and today, but they didn't fix it. So, I had no way to use the internet, which was a big problem. Hot Water Trouble: The hot water in the hotel was terrible. Even after telling them many times, they didn't fix it properly. Instead, they brought only a little hot water in a bucket from the kitchen, which wasn't enough. Also, when I tried to get warm water from the tap, it only gave me cold water. This made my stay really inconvenient. Electricity Problems: The hotel had a lot of power cuts, and during one, everything went dark. This meant no internet and no water in the room. It showed that the hotel isn't ready for these situations. Unfair Taxi Prices: The hotel arranged taxis for guests, but they charged way too much. It seemed like the hotel was making extra money from this, and it didn't feel right. This made me think the hotel doesn't care about treating guests fairly. No Landline or Intercom: Another big problem was that there was no phone in the room to call the front desk or anyone else. This meant if I had a problem, I had to go all the way to the front desk, which was really inconvenient. In short, my stay at Pine Clough Hotel was full of problems with things like internet, hot water, power cuts, and they also charged too much for taxis. On top of that, not having a phone in the room made things even more difficult. I wouldn't recommend staying there because it doesn't meet the usual standards of comfort, reliability, and fairness.

Location was gud awesome pleasent and peace stay
