Da cama dura e com molas velhas e fazendo barulho a noite toda e na beirada da cama ela escorrega, banheiro do chuveiro muito apertado , o segundo andar tem quartos ruins

Acho que poderiam avisar aos hospedes no proprio site de reserva que o hotel não disponibiliza de elevador e que não atende pessoas com algum tipo de deficiencia fisica tipo: problema no juelho e cadeirante. Seria interessante este aviso, me senti desconfortavel por conta da falta desta necessidade. Sem falar que o estacionamento é muito pequeno e deixa a desejar.

Banheiro novo, ar condicionado gelando muito bem e o café da manhã. Atendimento muito bom.

O suporte que segura o colchão estava solto, não podia mexer na cama que fazia um barulho que incomodava.
