L’amabilité du personnel. La propreté et l’odeur du linge de maison

Il manque un poil de chaleur dans la chambre et il faut revoir le carrelage des sanitaires

Dommage que les carrelages dans la salle de bain étaient tout cassés. L'évacuation des eaux usées de la douche a du mal à s'effectuer. Et la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionnait pas.

Arrivés un dimanche. Vu personne pas d'interlocuteur.

Le bruit. Un groupe de personnes parlaient dans le couloir à 23h30 et ont recommencé le lendemain à 5h.
