Außergewöhnliche Lage! Schöner Wellnessbereich. Tolle Zimmer. Die Aussicht vom Restaurant ist einzigartig. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten!

Das Personal an der Rezeption war etwas spröde.

Die Mitarbeiter beim Check-In, im Frühstücksrestaurant und vorallem die Dame (Fr. Durstewitz) im Spa waren/sind klasse und zuvorkommend. Die Massage war klasse. Danke dafür. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Turm 5.OG und einen tollen Ausblick. Einzig ein Wasserkocher wäre gut bzw eine Möglichkeit auch vor dem Frühstück an einen Kaffee zu kommen. Wir kommen wieder

Zimmer entsprechend einer Burg, keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, geht sicher in einem Schloss auch schlecht. Minibar nicht ausreichend gekühlt, Frühstück gut und ausreichend.

Het was de tweede keer in dit jaar dat ik er ben geweest. Het is heerlijk

De douche was heet koud heet koud. Zeer onaangenaam. Heb geklaagd maar was op dit moment niks aan te doen. Helaas. Ik kreeg wel 60€ korting en een fles champagne. Maar daar gaat het niet om. Helaas gemiste kans
