The location of the hotel is stunning! The building itself is an old authentic Alpine Hut. Some minor improvements in the facilities could be definitely introduced, like the comfortability of the pillow. Breakfast included with a panoramic view on the mountains.

The location is nice, there are lots of great hikes and lakes to visit.

A lot of the facilities mentioned aren’t part of the hotel. It says it’s pet friendly, but even before I checked in, the host (also the owner) began in a quite unfriendly tone sum up rules about my dog. I didn’t feel welcome at all, during the whole stay. He told me my dog had to go to certain areas outside the hotel to do her business and I noticed him once following me to check if I followed that rule. She wasn’t allowed at breakfast (which is fine, other hotels have that rule too), but he didn’t really wanted her to stay alone in the rule so I could leave her in the car or on the balcony, which for me was unacceptable and very pet unfriendly. The room itself is not “allergy free” as one of the facilities, but the room has carpet, dusty old curtains, and the bed linnen are old and unironed. The pillow was so thin you needed to fold it twice to get some support. After one night I had a very sore neck and a headache because of the pillow. The bathroom was clean enough except for mold in the shower door. The host closes the front door at night, which I think is a very serious safety hazard. You need to leave your key if you go out so he knows when you’re in the hotel or not. The rooms also don’t have a fire alarm, which is a grave safety hazard as well, and I think even illegal? I paid way too much for this stay…
