"A special hotel and restaurant"

Our top floor room was fantastic. Beautiful finishings fantastic bed and linen. 2 balconies and full windows in two directions, its own quiet air conditioner. The restaurant is very special with great food at a very interesting decor and service.

It's not a dislike but the hotel and restaurant are not in some fancy place we never even left the building.

car park bigh enough to find free space. Interesting looking building. Clean. Good Restaurant.

Big room (as booked), but cold, all heating had been turned off completely in November. Doors very cheap, no noise insulation. Checkout process takes long for some guests, so you wait in the queue. Hotel staff struggle with English. Rooms "polluted" with artifical smells from electric room fragrance dispensers.....

Why they have separate the invoice for the room and an other for the restaurant, it is still mysterious for me and it was a problem for them...however it’s nice place in this City.
