"The price was not justifiable for the services offered."

Location was okay.

Poor room service as staff wasn't available after midnight till morning. Walls were dirty and not so maintained well. Very costly for the services offered.

The hotel staff was friendly and very good for the family stay. All the facilities provided were very good. The restaurant menu and items were also good.

Location is too far from the main center. Restaurant can keep some more food items to the menu

Spacious room, opted for Deluxe King suite. Power backup. Spacious parking.

Bed sheets were not clean, looked like the food stains were not cleaned properly or not washed. Breakfast could have been better.

Breakfast was good, location excellent, though indoor gaming facility was provided lots were missing - can be improved

1) Overall cleanliness of the property could have been better be it the premises or giving fresh & crisp towels 2) Room cleaning request was not promptly attended to on time - this could be improved
